Investiture Ceremony 2017-18
“A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way and shows the way”. Keeping up with this thought, The Oxford School, Kollam encrypted this vision in to reality. On the fine morning of 24th July 2017 the deserving young talents of the school were bestowed with the responsibility of leading their school from the front with their commitment, confidence and competence to relish the challenges along the way to make a difference.
The school held the investiture ceremony with high degree of earnestness and passion. The ceremony began at 9 am with usual morning assembly. The function was presided over by the Principal Mr. Abdu Rahiman. P. In his speech he congratulated the elected leaders and exhorted them to uphold the values while discharging their duties. He also extended a supporting hand to the student council for the smooth running of the school. Vice Principal Mrs. Mini K Pillai and HM Mrs. Shaffeekka Imadudheen felicitated the function. The Principal and Vice Principal administered the oath and conferred sashes and badges to the designated members. They took an oath to live up to the expectation and work in sync with the mission of the school. The Principal and Vice Principal conferred sashes and badges to the elected members.The ceremony imbibed lots of zeal and zest among the student community.
