The Oxford School, Kollam celebrated 72nd Republic Day with great patriotic fervor on 26th January 2021 by following COVID-19 related protocols. The program commenced with the unfurling of the tricolor by the Principal Mr. Mammikutty T.V. accompanied by Mrs. Mini K Pillai (Vice Principal), Mrs. Zeena Simaon (HOS-MS), Mrs, Ameena Nazir (HOS- KG-Gr. II), and Mrs. Divya Mary Joy (Program Convener) followed by the National Anthem. Chief Guest of the day was Mr. Kiran C Nair, Sub Inspector of Police, Kadavanthra Police Station, Kochi City.
Online cultural events including patriotic songs, dances, speeches, and a tribute video were streamed during the virtual celebration.
