LITTLE FLOWER KING & QUEEN COMPETITION-2020

The Oxford School, Kollam invites children (Age 3-6 years) to Little Flower King and Queen Competition on 16th February 2020. When it comes to a competition, the only way to win is by being innovative. Take this opportunity to have fun, and bring out the creative genius in you.

Competition Summary:

  1. Entries are accepted from children from age 3-6 years.
  2. The theme is focused on Flowers.
  3. No Registration Fees.

Competition Rules & Regulations:

  1. The competition is open to all aged 3-6 years.
  2. The Registration dates are 13th January 2020 to 15th February 2020 available Online and Offline.
  3. No registration fees.
  4. The theme is focused on Flowers.
  5. Only solo performance is allowed.
  6. The performance has a maximum time limit of not more than 3 min.
  7. The crowning of the King and Queen will take place at the conclusion of the competition. All candidates must be present to win.
  8. No profanity or vulgarity in the free ramp walk will be allowed. This is a family, friendly environment, please be respectful.
  9. All Contestants must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times. The Organizer is not responsible for the safety or security of the Contestant or his/her property if any throughout the Competition.
  10. After your performance, you have to return to the designated area to await the judges’ results.
  11. Participation certificate will be awarded to all participants.
  12. The Special Events Committee reserves the right to disqualify indecent or inappropriate acts.
  13. The decision of the judging panel will be final. No discussion will be entered into.
  14. Violations of the rules may lead to disqualification.
  15. All participants are required to bring their own clothes, accessories etc.
  16. The Organizers reserve the right to cancel the Competition with prior notice in case if unable to meet their target number of participants.
  17. Last date for the confirmation of the participants will be 15.02.2020.

The performance will be graded on the following criteria.

  1. Costume
  2. Make-up
  3. Theme adherence
  4. Expressions and gestures as per character relevance
  5. Novelty New Ideas
  6. Overall impression

Special Remarks

1. No face covering masks are allowed

2. Sound tracks may be used

3. Sounds relating to expressions and gestures are allowed

4. No static postures are allowed
