The Oxford Tender Care, ‘TALENT FEST-2015’ was conducted on 30th, &31st October 2015. Parents and teachers were guided to display their talents. Indeed there beautiful creativity at Fancy Dress and Dance Competition which little kids efforts put in their incredible and outstanding performances. Talent fest was made colourful with the dances, action songs and oratory skills displayed by Kindergarten kids. After the programme the results were announced and prizes were distributed. All the kids were given participation certificates as an effective way to motivate them. Parents actively participated and encouraged the kids. These activities are an effective tool for learning and also improve academic performance of children. The day was full of color, music, talent, smiles and fun!
