Based on our Theme “Community Helpers” our Kindergarten celebrated “Ethnic Food Mela” on 19th January 2017. Ethnic Day is an attempt to take societies back to their roots and relive the past. As an act of courtesy children arranged a traditional food mela to the non-teaching staff. They were dressed up in their traditional dresses; kaily, banyan & a turban, skirt & blouse, served kappa, beef curry, unniappam, achappam, vazhakkappam, elayappam etc. Their hearts were brimmed in true spirits of ecstasy; spreading the values of love , care and sharing with others; thereby promoted the concepts of peaceful co-existence, to discharge duties towards community & societies.
