‘Art has no bounds and a mere pandemic cannot shut them down’

We at The Oxford School, Kollam believe that every child has an innate talent which can highly influence the development of the skills, interest buried deep within him/ her. In order to bring out the potential and talent of each child TOSK organized Virtual Art Fest named Ektara- 2020 on 25th & 26th November 2020.

The cultural bonanza was inaugurated by Mr. Sujesh Hari (Kerala State Film Award Winner for Best Lyricist-2020). Program Convenor Mrs. Bismi S V welcomed the gathering; Principal Mr. Mammikutty T.V delivered the presidential address and the Felicitation Speech by Vice Principal Mrs. Mini K Pillai

The students from the Grade I to the XII, divided into four houses, took active part in the various competitions organized in four categories. The competitions consisting of Literary and Cultural events were held simultaneously via different Google Meet platforms. The participants from the tiny tots to the senior most students displayed great talent almost reaching up to perfection.  The day was really a festival for the students, teachers and parents alike. The enthusiasm and the healthy competitive spirit among the students was something remarkable.

The wonderful organization by the Teachers and the wholehearted participation by the students made it an event to be remembered in the annals of TOSK
